At Westview, we are committed to being a safe and life-giving place of worship and connection. We want to be above reproach in how we do ministry, and do not tolerate harassment or vicitmization of any kind. The staff and elders are available to talk through your concerns. However, we recognize there are times when this is not possible, and the whistleblower form is an avenue for you to make an anonymous report.

When to fill out a whistleblower form:

• You have witnessed such behaviour, including, but not limited to:

  • injury, harm, abuse (including spiritual abuse)

  • offenses committed by staff, elders and ministry personnel

• You are not comfortable reaching out to staff/leadership directly to report or resolve the matter

What happens when you fill out the whistleblower form:

• The form is anonymous and is received by the Chair of the Elders Board

• He will follow up on the report, determine appropriate action to be taken, and will follow up with you
