Westview Youth Leaders have the opportunity to serve on Friday nights, building relationships and leading small groups of students in discussions. There are lots of opportunities to use your gifts so serve in this ministry, and we are excited to explore what that could look like with you!

 
 

Your Role

FRIDAY ROLE

  • Lead your small group/crew

  • Oversee your leadership area (e.g., greeting, worship, etc)

  • Build relationships with students

SMALL GROUP LEADER:

  • Connect with “your few” on Fridays and during the week

  • Lead discussions
